Sickness Absence Policy
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the operational efficiency of Caister-On-Sea Parish Council can be maintained whilst employees are absent from work for sickness or injury related reasons.
The Council recognises the importance of ensuring that employees are supported through any periods of absence and their subsequent return to work.
