Driving on Council Business Policy
The Council will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of employees and members driving on Council business, to do so in a manner that reduces risks to themselves and others.
This policy relates to driving on Council business which is any driving activity undertaken for or on behalf of the Council, whether travelling in the driver’s own vehicle or other vehicle (e.g. driving to training courses or meetings, or for any other approved Council business)
