Committee Terms of Reference
These documents set out the role, responsibilities, and scope of each Council committee. It defines how committees operate, their decision-making powers, and how they support the overall work of the council.
The Council currently has two Committees:
- The Finance Committee meets every two months, typically in July, September, November, January, and March. The May meeting is replaced by the Annual Parish Council Meeting.
- The Personnel Committee meets once a year unless otherwise required, typically in October/November.
